Rosquil House Kilkenny is delighted to announce that we are reopening our doors to guests on the 29th June 2020. We can’t wait to welcome back our staff and work to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay in Kilkenny.
We take the threat of Covid-19 very seriously and, with this in mind, we are reopening with strict adherence to all government guidelines. The safety of our staff and our guests is our top priority.
To give you some peace of mind regarding the measures we are taking, please see a summary below:
Rosquil House Kilkenny is adhering to all published health protocols for Guesthouses.
All Staff and Guests are pre-screened before arrival for contact with or symptoms of COVID-19 with flexible rebooking offered to guests.
Safety screens have been installed at our reception area with masks available for guests, if desired.
Physical distancing is active throughout our guesthouse.
All employees are trained to adhere to COVID protocols.
Our breakfast service will offer two sittings – as well as allow guests to sit on outdoor tables (weather permitting) will be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure social distancing.
All communal areas are sanitised daily.
Guest sanitisation station is are freely available for guests at reception.
Common touch points in public areas are regularly sanitised.
Bedrooms and all bathroom surfaces are fully sanitised prior to guest check in.
All linens and towels are laundered to international best practice – utilising both chemical and thermal disinfection protocols.
The above detailed protocols focus on health and hygiene in all aspects of our guesthouse operations. These are all aimed to ensure your time with us is as enjoyable and relaxing as it ever was.
